Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Hello friends and members of the Playback community!
We are so delighted to welcome you to our new website. For many years, we have connected with you through the post, sending out recordings that we hope have brought information and enjoyment to your homes. Now, we are excited to open our new digital front door.
This website has been built with you in mind. We wanted to create a space that is not only easy to use, but that also feels like a true reflection of our community. It is a place to listen, to learn about our story, and to connect with us in new ways. We hope you will find it a warm and welcoming place to visit.
A New Way to Listen
The most wonderful new feature is the ability to listen to our recordings directly from the website. We have added special web players to our pages, which means you can enjoy publications like Playback Magazine right here, whenever you wish.
You can now listen on your computer, tablet, or phone at any time. This means you do not have to wait for the postman to arrive to hear the latest news and stories. Of course, we will continue to send our recordings on CD and memory stick to everyone who prefers them. This is simply a choice, offering another way to be part of the Playback family.
What You’ll Find on Our New Website
We invite you to have a look around. We have designed everything to be as clear and straightforward as possible. Here are a few of the things you will find:
- Our Story, Our Community: We are so proud of our history, which began with a small recording club in 1958. Our new ‘About Us’ section now features a timeline, so you can follow our journey from reel-to-reel tapes to the digital service we are today.
- Requesting Your Recordings: Getting your recordings is now more straightforward. You will find a simple form where you can apply to receive your chosen publications on CD or memory stick through the post.
- A Place to Work With Us: For other charities, publishers, or businesses, we have created a section explaining our transcription services. It details how we can help other organisations make their own newsletters and papers accessible to everyone.
- Supporting Our Work: We now have a dedicated area where you can find information on making a donation or expressing an interest in volunteering your time.
Built with Our Community in Mind
This website is a new chapter in our story, but our purpose remains the same as it has always been. We are here to serve our community of blind and visually impaired listeners. We are here to be a friendly, trusted voice.
Thank you for being part of our journey. We hope our new online home makes your connection to Playback even stronger.
